In order to qualify for a refund, you must of not received your goods over an 8 week period. Alternatively if you're unhappy with the quality of the goods or their damaged, we require the products to be returned to us. Once we receive email confirmation of the receipt or tracking number, a refund will be issued in full. We are not liable for any shipping costs you might incur.
