Returns
Our return policy is effective for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, no returns on orders under $20. We'll do anything we can to help get you the exact item you need.
If you would like to return your item, please send an email to support@onestopbabyshop.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Once your return is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed with a 15% restock fee applied, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.
Unfortunately, if you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Shipping
We operate on a Free global shipping policy. Therefore shipping times can sometimes vary. Typically your package should arrive 2-3 weeks within order date.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a tracking code in 3-5 working days allowing you to trace the progress of your order, furthermore if you sign up to our messenger portal you can view product updates seamlessly through the Facebook messaging app.
